The magnetic grate is made of different shaped and sized magnetic bars fixed by stainless steel plates. The magnetic grate is usually round or square. It can be installed in the hopper, discharge port, or conveying pipeline. When material flows through the grate, iron impurities are adsorbed on the bars, purifying the material and protecting downstream equipment. The grate can filter fine iron impurities in powder, granular, liquid, and gas materials.
